Meet the Brothers

After completing an undergraduate and subsequent Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering, Eduard lived his dream and began his career as a Structural Engineer, before gradually gaining extensive knowledge of property development - from conception to execution.
In the last 10 years, he has gained invaluable experience in design, construction, and development throughout Africa and across the Americas. His drive, leadership skills and unwavering commitment to excellence propelled his career forward, positioning him as the head of development, constructing resorts across the North American region.
Eduard’s passion for design and architecture fueled his curiosity and desire to discover and conceptualize first-to-market projects in untouched locations. These challenges sparked a desire to think outside the box, offering unique solutions to his partnered developers, that were not only beautiful, but functional and future forward as well.
As CEO of Silo Develop, Eduard’s keen eye for opportunities and hands-on approach to all aspects of property development contributes to Silo’s premium, unmatched value offering for our partners and patrons.

Jacques started his career as a Mechanical Engineer, but has since worked across many disciplines gaining a wide range of experience in various industries, including mining, manufacturing and construction. Passionate about design, people, and human connection, he has been instrumental in leading multi-disciplined, multi-cultured project teams on numerous successful projects across a variety of demographics, over the last 14 years of his career.
Jacques has spent time working on key projects across the UK, Brazil and the UAE but has spent the majority of his career in South Africa , working for large multi-nationals, including Worley Parsons, Deloitte and Bidvest.
As COO for Silo Develop, Jacques’ attention to detail, passion for building relationships and entrenched understanding of project life cycles contributes to Silo’s premium, unmatched value offering for their partners and patrons.
